Adam Lerer is Vice President of Strategy and Development at Decron Properties Corp. In this capacity he is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives, including growth opportunities across new geographies, asset classes, and capital vehicles as well as identifying incremental value-add opportunities within the Company’s existing portfolio. He is also involved in acquisitions, dispositions, and overseeing the execution of value add projects across the portfolio.

Prior to Decron, Adam was a Senior Investment Manager at Norges Bank Real Estate Management where he helped build Norges Bank’s US real estate business and led more than $4 billion in commercial transactions.

Adam began his career at Goldman Sachs where he worked in the Urban Investment Group and Real Estate Investment Banking Division.

Adam earned a B.A. in Economics from New York University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
