JC and Jose, at Los Robles, are such amazing maintenance that really go above and beyond to help me everytime I submit a ticket. I was affected by the sewage flood in February and was displaced from my apartment for over three weeks. They were there on the day of the floods doing absolutely everything they could to help those of us affected until the water could be shut off and the main line unclogged. They helped me during the incident adn then after to protect my things, to clean up, to provide updates, to help haul debris out after as part of cleanup. these two guys deserve serious recognition for their efforts during this crisis at Los Robles. I for one am so grateful for them and I hope they stay around for awhile!

This is an ongoing flooding problem. It rains- it floods. Maintenance has done a good job putting down saandbags, mopping up, trying to get rid of moldy interior. The flooding needs to be addressed with french drains and further methods to remediate rain water. You cannot expect the elderly to live in an environment which is detrimental to one’s health. I’m 73 - have asthma - the place is exacerbating health issues.

Area is nice & workers are nice. Not happy paying $300 more per month for the same one bedroom apartment as my downstairs neighbor. Not okay.
