Overall it's been great, but the past month has me a little worried about staying at the complex. There's been two surprise multi-hour power outages where the surrounding buildings all appear to have power and no explanation on what caused our outage. And then having my heat go out was a little concerning. Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely pleasant though.
