Everything went smoothly

Nothing was fixed. Jose was very prompt and professional and showed us how the oven is not properly exhausting. The heat has nowhere to go so the outside of the oven gets extremely hot and all of that hot air rises above the kitchen and sets off the smoke alarms. He said he would talk to Ali about the issue but we have not heard any follow up from management. I am not sure what the solution is but as of now we cannot use our oven for too long without smoke alarms going off.

The office staff (Ali) has been very helpful. However, the internet cable was not fixed prior to my move-in (apparently poor communication by the previous tenant) and this meant that I'm unable to have internet until several weeks after my move-in date. This is unacceptable, given my work requirements, and has meant real struggles since moving into the building. I was told by Spectrum that it was the outside main line, which meant that my internal line wouldn't work, and that it was "tagged" well before my August move-in. Other than that, the process was good and Ali has been helpful.
