Our experience has been great living at the Palms. Honestly, the maintenance workers are a major part of why we enjoy living at the Palms. They are friendly and efficient every time they assist us.

This is the second time emergency maintenance never came.

THE MAINTENANCE SUPERVIOR CAME UP WITH GORDAY. WE DID NOT NEED NEW PARTS FOR OUR CEILING FAN. WE JUST NEEDED A NEW ĹIGHT, WHICH HE SHOWED GORDAY HOW TO DO. .

The crew here is the best. The Palms is kept in beautiful and excellent condition

I called the emergency maintenance line and Good Day came quickly, he was fantastic and very professinal and courteous. I felt bad that he had to come at night to deal with the disgusting water coming out of the shower drain but very thankful he did come. I originally input my request via the website as Emergency but I had to call as no one was reaching out. I was shocked when someone came the next morning to talk to me about this Emergency request as if they wanted to address it them. If I had not called and Good Day had not come the entire apartment would have been flooded while I waited for this website request to be fulfilled.
