The office staff needs to learn how to communicate a lot better, we had a 30 minute conversation with one women in the office around renewing our lease and how to go about doing it and she put in a maintenance request for us. Everything seems all good. Then the next day while at work I get a voicemail from a different office women about putting together paper for our evacuate date. So annoyed I had to stop what I was working at work and address it, worried we would charged some unneeded fee because of miscommunication between office staff. When I talked to the women when fixing the problem she said she would leave our lease at our door and we could just sign it and put it in the drop box, that was at noon. When we got home from work around 3pm no lease was at the door and when we went into the office they told us we just had to sign it there. what is this back and forth. We signed the lease renewal and she mentioned we would get send a copy of the lease for our records, still waiting to receive that copy. On a higher note maintenance was great they listened and helped us with our issues and fixed it that night that we had the maintenance scheduled for. He also informed us that you can schedule maintenance requests on the website and schedule days and times and they will communicate with you if something comes up and they are not able to make it that time and how to reschedule it. No one in the office has never told us you can do all this online, just mention you can put a request in online but they cannot grantee a day or time frame, the only way it came off to do this is to have the office staff put in a special request themselves.

The drawer is fixed but the corner is broken still but at least it’s functional. The maintenance request took along time to be done. When it was finally done repairs were quick so Thant’s good.

I like my apartment; however, the people that have moved in above me are so loud. It sounds like they are stomping all the time. It sounds like they are moving furniture at all hours. I'm sure they aren't but it definitely sounds like it. Other than this and having trouble finding a parking spot it is a nice place to live.

Ollie and I think the other guy was Javier?! I can’t remember exactly. were both very nice and did a great job getting everything fixed! They were very clean and polite

Very friendly staff, extremely helpful, and great service! The apartment was not in the cleanest condition and some broken objects were apparent, but nothing urgent or major.
