It’s been a pleasure having the work order handled by Gil (the new head of maintenance), and Francisco. Gil and Francisco work well together as a team, and Gil responded to the after hours emergency request as soon as possible. Both Gil and Francisco took time to explain the steps of the repair, and completed each step within a reasonable time frame. Both men were professional, courteous, and careful. We appreciate the dedication to their work, and are thankful they are here at Willow Creek!

Gil is an amazing addition to the staff! He handled our work order promptly and professionally. He kept in constant communication with us about our part and when it was ordered and arrived and also when he would be able to install it. He was very respectful of our home and put things back as he found them(he had to move some things around in our freezer) and was generally just a very nice guy! Our freezer is also now not making the loud sound it was before so I would say he did a fantastic job!

It's fine for the most part with exception of a few things. Unfortunately, the complex isn't kept like it use to be before Decron purchased this complex. The place use to be kept up and maintained beautifully. Now the grounds are looking more dumpy.
