As Staff Accountant at Decron, you will report to the Assistant Controller. Your duties will consist primarily of managing the financial functions and accounting at Decron’s portfolio of multifamily apartment communities. More specifically, job duties will involve being a primary point of contact for accounting support at Decron’s properties, while also monitoring property activity, reviewing move-in, move-out, charge, and payable batches on a daily basis, reviewing cash management and accounts receivable, performing month-end closing tasks, reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis, and other associated duties required of the position.
