persistent flooding of apartment. staff can only put down sandbags…but water gets into apartment this particular work order addresses no water / drinking water / and it was rectified in a timely fashion.

So far pretty good. Only grip is I can hear everything going on above me. I'm a bottom unit. But it's peaceful and safe. Can't wait for rent to be cheaper if ever!
