We waited 2 weeks for our work to be started. When they came my family was gone and didn't know that they would be coming. They left for a part and left the drain disconnected. We ran water and flooded under our sink.

I very clearly stated that they were not allowed to enter the premises. I asked for them to leave the light bulb on the patio table. They entered the house anyway. I have a 16 year old daughter that is home alone alot which is why I didn't want them to enter, just safety for everyone. They need to make sure they are reading the permissions

Bernard, Juan and Raul are all excellent maintenance staff. They are knowledgeable, efficient and courteous staff professionals. We (my wife and I) have lived at The Retreat (originally Marlowe Apts) for over 8 years now, and provided you hold the rents, we see no reason to go elsewhere! Thank you for making our stay here a pleasant one.

Called for a clogged sink at 5:30 pm. Maintenance staff showed up around 7:30. He said he would call a plumber and let me know. I didn't hear anything back from him that night, or ever. My wife came home for lunch at noon, and nothing had been done. There was still grey water standing in our sinks, stinking up the apartment. I got home at 4:15 to a mess of mud outside the front door, and my door mat soaked with what I can only assume was grey water. There was no note on the door indicating that maintenance had entered the apartment. But they had. And they left a mess. They left the contents of the under sink cabinet strewn around my kitchen, and footprints all around the door and kitchen. When I went to ask management if they were finished, I was informed that they were. I was also told that they don't need to leave a note indicating that they entered the unit. This is perfectly typically behavior for the maintenance and management staff at this apartment complex.

Juan was fixing leaking tub faucet and did a great job and was very courteous. He didn’t leave the tub clean though. Not a biggie, just providing feedback bc he said he is new.

I love living here. I’m comfortable and the maintenance staff takes care of things in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this complex for its’ location, the large apartments, the 24 hour maintenance, and the office staff. Marco, in particular, is so pleasant, understanding, and easy to talk to. It’s a very good place to call home. I’ve been here for many years and still love this place.
