Decron Welcomes New Member to the “Multi” Family

August 13, 2014

We’ve had a busy summer over here at Decron Properties. Braving the LA traffic, cleaning the sand out of cars after beach weekends, and finding just that right SPF. Serious stuff.

And in our spare time, while managing our existing portfolio over 4,715 units, we acquired another 440 unit multifamily apartment building in Chino Hills, called Village Crossing.

We welcome all the residents and staff of Village Crossing to the Decron family!

The acquisition has already received favorable and widespread attention in the LA Times, Globe Street, and Multifamily Housing News.

Stay tuned for more information of our planned renovation of the project.
