As the holidays begin and families and friends gather to celebrate with one another, here at Decron it’s important to us to reflect on the year and express our gratitude to our incredible team and community.

Without question, it’s the Decron team members and our wonderful community members who build and reinforce the values that make us oneDECRON. Those six core principles are integrity, teamwork, empathy, pride, accountability, and continuous improvement – and we see it every day in our team and community.

We are beyond grateful to everyone who helps us uphold these values, and that’s why it’s important that we give back to the community and the workers at Decron.

This year, once again, we’d like to reflect on the events where we were able to join together and give back to everyone who makes us oneDECRON:

The 10th Annual Decron Golf Tournament Benefiting YULA
This year marked a decade of recognizing the excellence of the Yeshiva University of Los Angeles High Schools (YULA) and raising tuition funding with a golf tournament benefit. Along with the golf tournament, a banquet and cocktail mixer was held, as well as a series of awards, giveaways, and speeches. In conjunction with over one hundred other sponsors, $690,000 was raised for the school’s scholarships, making it one of the most successful benefits for YULA yet.

Celebrating oneDECRON with the Summer 2019 Employee Picnic
In what has quickly become a beloved annual tradition, Decron once again celebrated our team with a Summer Employee Picnic. Held August 1st at Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area, the Decron team joined together for a day of feasting, giveaways, and team building exercises, along with a speech from President and CEO David J. Nagel, cementing the values that make us oneDECRON.

Celebrating Another Successful Year of Summer Fun at Decron
Once again Decron was pleased to host another year of successful Summer Fun events. Residents and interested parties flocked to Decron apartment communities to find festively decorated pool areas rife with activity, from photo walls ideal for selfies, to free seasonal refreshments. In addition to limited-time rent specials, attendees were encouraged to participate in the #DecronSummerFun contest for the opportunity to win a selection of great prizes.
