Information for Current Residents:
In accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines, we will be closing all on-site recreational facilities (such as gyms, pools, and clubhouses) until instructed to do otherwise. Physical access to rental offices will be restricted as well, but you may still contact local management by email or phone.
To submit maintenance requests, work orders, view your balance, or pay rent, please use Decron’s RENTCafé portal.
Information for Prospective Residents:
During the statewide California shelter-in-place order, Decron will be leasing apartments by remote means. Digital tours are available for each of our properties – just click here to find an apartment near you, then view photo galleries and more specific information about that community. If you’re interested in leasing an apartment, our rental offices can be reached by phone or email, so just drop us a line and we’ll be happy to help out!
Please note that our Bay Area properties are currently set to be available for lease and move-in after April 7th.
