It is no secret that 2020 has been an extremely difficult year due to the innumerable challenges created by COVID-19. That’s why, this year in particular, we would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to our team and residents for pulling together and truly exemplifying what it means to be oneDECRON.

Earlier this year, as the severity of the coronavirus outbreak became apparent, we were proud to see both our residents and teams jump into action, demonstrating incredible flexibility in adapting to our COVID-19 response. For this, and in doing your part to keep everyone safe while still striving to uphold the best-in-class living experience that Decron is known for, you have our utmost gratitude.
In addition to the measures that saw our workflow transition to remote management where possible (including virtual tours for prospective residents), we would like to thank our team members for adapting our annual events to the current circumstances. Each year, we look forward to gathering together for celebrations like our popular Summer Fun parties, held at Decron properties across the West Coast. This year however, due to COVID-19, many of our events were modified. Our annual employee picnic was adapted with a socially distanced twist, and held at different properties in small numbers, to ensure the safety of our teams. Though we missed hosting the majority of our annual festivities in their usual manner in 2020, we look forward to their return in coming years.
